Sr. Systems Analyst

Evaluates user requirements for new or modified programs to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities.

Convert user requirements into High-level design for systems and databases

Plans, develop, tests and document computer programs applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems.

Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify project objectives and specifications.

Converts project specifications into sequence of detailed instructions for coding into language processed by computer, applying knowledge of computer programming techniques and computer languages.

Analyzes, reviews and alters program to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in Computer Science/Eng, Elect. Eng or

Bachelor's degree and 5 yrs. Exp. in IT systems analysis and design required
